Food Service Incentives
Program

This program provides incentives to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants as well as schools, hospitals and lodging facilities which include food service. The Refrigeration and Commercial Food Service Program also is available to commercial and industrial retail service customers of FirstEnergy's utilities in Ohio. The program offers flat rate incentives for the following equipment categories:

• ENERGY STAR Commercial Solid Door
  Refrigerators and Freezers


• ENERGY STAR Ice Machines


• ENERGY STAR Electric Steam Cookers


• Pre Rinse Sprayers

To qualify for incentives, equipment must have been purchased on or after April 11, 2011. All Refrigeration and Commercial Food Service applications require pre-approval before the purchase and installation of equipment.
