Pre-approval is now required for ALL projects -
ALL APPLICATIONS received on or after January 15, 2012, must have pre-approval prior to purchase of equipment, including projects with incentive amounts less than $3,000.
If you submitted a project application for an incentive amount of less than $3,000 and pre-approval was not granted, you must start your project by December 31, 2011, and must complete it and submit all applicable documentation by January 31, 2012, for it to be considered for payment, or you will be required to resubmit the project for pre-approval.
Incentive rate for exterior lighting projects changes in 2012 –
for exterior lighting applications submitted on or after January 15, 2012, the incentive rate will be $0.05/kWh. This change will not impact projects that have already been pre-approved and are within their 90-day pre-approval.
